iStagers Privacy Policy

iStagers is a service of RJ Collective, Inc., 1204 Village Market Pl, Morrisville, NC 27560. This policy explains what we collect through iStagers and how we use it. Questions or requests: info@istagers.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, business name, email address and sign-in records.
• Business content you add: branding, profile, bio, headshot, photos, contacts, projects, inventory and documents.
• Inquiries: when someone contacts a stager through iStagers, we store their name, email, optional phone, message and any property address they enter.
• Membership and payment status: Stripe processes payments. We receive your subscription status and payment dates, not your full card number.
• Mobile number, only if you opt in to SMS notifications, along with a record of your consent.
• Technical data: security and error logs, such as IP address and browser details, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To run iStagers: sign you in, operate Business Center, show what you choose to publish, route inquiries, process membership payments, send service emails (sign-in links, inquiry alerts, billing notices), prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations. We do not send marketing emails unless you choose to receive them.

What becomes public

Only what you publish: for Full and trial members, your profile, branding and the portfolio photos you publish; for Basic, your business name, city, state and logo where authorized. Private projects, contacts, inventory, property addresses and drafts are never public. We remove location metadata (EXIF/GPS) from published portfolio images, but check your photos for anything visible you do not want to share.

Inquiries

An inquiry to a Full or trial member goes to that member's private inbox. An inquiry to a Basic listing is reviewed by iStagers and not automatically forwarded. Email alerts contain only a link, not the visitor's details.

SMS notifications

iStagers does not currently send text messages. If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect your mobile number only to send the notifications you opted into, such as new inquiry alerts and account notices. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with our SMS delivery provider, to send those messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run iStagers, under their own terms and security practices:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Neon: database hosting.
• Cloudflare: domain, network and image storage.
• Stripe: payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe.
• Google Maps Platform: address suggestions. When you type in an address field that offers suggestions, what you type is sent to Google. Google's Privacy Policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Resend: delivery of service emails.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Cookies

We use only cookies needed to sign you in and keep your account secure. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

How long we keep data

We keep account and business data while your account exists, including after a move to Basic, so you can upgrade without losing work. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, billing or fraud-prevention reasons. Backups are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update most information in Business Center. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing info@istagers.com. We will verify your identity and authority before acting. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; we will honor them as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and limited access to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

iStagers is for businesses and not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new date and notify members by email of material changes.
